Set in the scenic Golden Vale, Meadowvale Farm is the ideal location for a peaceful stay,yet its only a short drive to all the local towns of Cahir,Clonmel and Cashel. Cahir and Cashel are both Heritage Towns , and have impressive Castles with guided tours daily. The Swiss Cottage in Cahir is a beautiful sight for the overseas visitor, and a picnic is just devine beside the River Suir just at the entrance to the Cottage.
The guesthouse is located in the middle of beautiful countryside and is surrounded by farmlands and meadows, with beautiful views of Slievenamon,and the Comeragh and Knockmealdown mountains making our Guesthouse very popular amongst hill walkers and nature lovers alike. During the summer months the meadows surrounding the house are full of mares grazing the lush grass with their new foals running around them.
The Guesthouse is family run and you will find Eithne and Conor Maher always available to ensure that your stay is as interesting,enjoyable, peaceful and as comfortable as possible.
Facilities include a large sitting room with an antique open fire and a conservatory with bar facilites. All rooms are en-suite with power-showers, and super-kingsize beds with Television, Tea/Coffee-making facility and snacks, also including telephone with an internet access point available.
